Booming Auto Sector

It is Cheers time for the Indian Automobile Industry as it recorded a jump by 24.3% in the total automobile sales figure of August, 2009 against the figures recorded in August, 2008. The findings were shared by Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the apex body of automobile manufacturers in India.

This is surely a respite to the many who were fearing a dip in sales figures because of the global economic meltdown. However, thanks to the renewed consumer confidence, some amazing auto launches recently and the upcoming festive season the Indian auto industry is back on tracks.

I just hope that the industry which employs millions flourishes so much that it gives auto enthusiasts like me a reason to celebrate like I am about to do after signing off this post :-)
